Athletes in this program train alongside teammates who share the same drive to improve, creating an environment that's both challenging and supportive.

Competitive

Junior Olympic

The Junior Olympic program is our competitive track — training athletes who are pursuing or actively competing in USA Diving sanctioned events. This includes the Rocky Mountain Diving League (RMDL), Regional Championships, Zone Championships, and the National Championship.

This program demands commitment and intensity, but it also develops athletes who represent the BYU Cougar Dive Club on the national stage.
